What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. We work with single-department fit-outs and full hospital campuses under one PO. For very small orders we will advise honestly on whether factory-direct makes economic sense for your project.
What happens if my project scope changes mid-production?
Scope changes are common in hospital fit-outs. We build a change-order process into every contract. As long as changes are raised before that item enters production, there is no penalty. We'll reissue the relevant line items with revised pricing and timeline impact clearly documented.
How do you handle import documentation and customs clearance?
We prepare a full compliance and shipping folder with every order: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and all relevant product certifications (CE, ISO 13485, FDA, SGS). For markets with specific import requirements, we adapt documentation before production completes — not as an afterthought.
Can we visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes — and we encourage it. Our facility in Changzhou is open to qualified buyers. We can arrange a structured factory audit, QC process walkthrough, and material showroom visit. For buyers who cannot travel, we offer a live video factory tour on request.
How do you guarantee colour and finish consistency across departments?
All powder-coating and upholstery for a project is batched together at our in-house facility. We use RAL and Pantone references locked to your approved sample before production begins. Colour consistency is verified by QC at three points during production, not just at final inspection.
What does the warranty cover, and for how long?
Standard warranty is 2 years on all manufactured items covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty up to 5 years is available on structural components. We maintain spare parts availability for a minimum of 7 years post-delivery, so replacement sourcing is never an issue in year three.
Do you offer OEM or custom branding for distributors?
Yes. We support full OEM and ODM arrangements for distributors and wholesalers. This includes custom branding on products and packaging, white-label documentation and catalogues, and bespoke product configurations. NDA signed before any proprietary information is shared.
What if goods arrive damaged?
Photograph and document the damage on arrival and notify us within 5 business days. We will arrange replacement of damaged items at no cost. Our container loading is optimised with custom packaging to minimise transit damage, and pre-shipment inspection catches most issues before goods leave the factory.
